Burpees are easily one of the most hated exercises among fitness aficionados because they truly put your body through a mental and physical test. But what if we told you that you could learn to love them? That’s right — not just tolerate, but love them!

When it comes down to it, we tend to dislike the movements we aren’t so great at, and burpees are a complicated move. For these 30 days, we’ll continue to build up your strength and endurance so that you can breeze through burpees and truly grow to love them.
