Macro-Friendly Edible Sugar Cookie Dough

Ingredients (makes 5 servings)

  • 1 tbsp of butter or coconut oil, melted and slightly heated
  • 1/2 cup Kodiak waffle and pancake mix
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (whey or vegan)
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar of choice (monk fruit/stevia/coconut sugar)
  • 2 tbsp nut milk of choice 
  • 1 tbsp of Christmas sprinkles 


  1. In a small bowl, combine Kodiak mix, protein powder and sugar. 
  2. Heat butter or coconut oil in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.
  3. Add oil and mix with a fork
  4. Add milk and mix more until its dough-like consistency 
  5. Roll into 5 balls
  6. Add sprinkles
  7. Put in the fridge to harden


Vegan protein: Use a bit more milk, or they won’t get doughy enough

Too much milk: Add more Kodiak mix

Gluten-free: Use a gluten-free protein pancake mix
